Just thought to quickly pop by to share how editing legal language works with language models.
The first one is a simple exercise.
We place a clause on the left with instructions on how to change it.
This is a standard dispute resolution clause with a panel of 3 arbitrators, but we want to modify it to a sole arbitrator.
Result on the right.
Looks like the mechanism for appointment of sole arbitrator is something the model came up with.
Pretty cool!
The second one is more complicated.
Wholesale changes, as we like to call it.
Here, we want to modify an indemnity to be more ‘one sided’ and bring it into context.
Not so bad!
We are live again.

To simplify things, we have decided that if you cough up USD 49/INR 3999/mo, we give you access to everything we have built, and unlimited. This includes both models, and all generative, editing and library features.
